Please use the form below to register your teen for Summer Stages 2025. This form is for ages 13 & up only (Footloose - Youth Edition).

Reminder: your teen's registration is NOT COMPLETE until we receive their deposit. A $100 deposit is due upon registration (or payment in full).

If you select cash/check, please make your check out to NCTC, and mail to 136 Day St, Newington, CT 06111.

If by cash, please email nctc1617@gmail.com to schedule a time to drop off payment. (we do not hold regular business hours).

SIBLING DISCOUNTThere is a $50 sibling discount (taken off of the balance of the second sibling registration). Please select cash/check payment. If you would like to pay by credit card, please email nctc1617@gmail.com and we will send you an invoice.
