REGISTRATION OPENS - 1/12/26 @ 8am
Get on stage this summer with NCTC!
Learn/hone your theatrical skills in these one or two-week sessions!
All rehearsals take place at NCTC, located at 136 Day Street in Newington.
Performances will take place TBD. Early drop-off and late pick-up available for an extra fee.
No experience necessary. Registration required.
$100 nonrefundable deposit OR payment in full is required to complete each registration.
If paying by cash/check you have two weeks from registration date to submit payment.
If payment is not received in two weeks your child's registration is null.
*The balance of participation is due by June 1, 2026. No refunds/transfers/credits given after June 29, 2026.
Registrations submitted after June 1 will require full payment to complete registration.
There is a $50 sibling discount off of the second registration.

Junie B is back in this toe-tapping sequel to last summer's smash! A self-appointed expert on all things first grade, Junie B. is determined to write the ultimate guide - Junie B.'s Essential Survival Guide to School JR. As she deals with writer's block and constantly getting into trouble, Junie B. quickly realizes that she still has a lot to learn.

In the 1590s, brothers Nick and Nigel Bottom are desperate to write a hit play but are stuck in the shadow of that Renaissance rock star known as "The Bard." But amidst the scandalous excitement of opening night, the Bottom Brothers realize that reaching the top means being true to thine own self, and all that jazz.

The ghost-with-the-most comes to the stage in Beetlejuice JR., the frightfully funny musical based on the beloved motion picture turned Broadway phenomenon. Lydia Deetz is a strange and unusual teenager, still grieving the loss of her mother and obsessed with the whole “being dead thing.” Lucky for Lydia, she and her father move to a new house haunted by a recently deceased couple and Beetlejuice, a delightful demon with a real zest for life. When Lydia calls on Beetlejuice to scare away anyone with a pulse, this double-crossing specter shows his true stripes, unleashing a (Nether)world of pandemonium.

Will justice be served in this hilarious fairy-tale courtroom play packed with characters we all know and love? It’s up to your audience, which serves as the jury and determines how the play ends! Goldilocks is the defendant, on trial for breaking and entering. The plaintiffs are — you guessed it — the three bears. As their lawyers Henny Penny and Tom Thumb go toe-to-toe hoping to prove their respective clients’ cases, other fairy tale characters are called to testify as witnesses, including Hansel and Gretel, Jack and Cow, and Granny. Even the Big Bad Wolf takes the stand, but can any of these witnesses be trusted themselves?

Follow Little Red Riding Hood as she heads over the river and through the woods to bring treats to Granny. Distracted by the Big Bad Wolf, Little Red veers off the path to encounter other fairy tale friends along the way!

Transporting audiences from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus, the Cat in the Hat, our narrator, tells the story of Horton, an elephant who discovers a speck of dust containing tiny people called the Whos, including Jojo, a Who child, who gets in trouble for thinking too many "thinks."
