SUMMER STAGES - Ages 8 & Up

Please use the form below to register your child for Summer Stages 2025. This form is for ages 8 & up only.
Reminder: your child's registration is NOT COMPLETE until we receive their deposit. A $100 deposit is due for each program OR payment in full.

SIBLING DISCOUNT
There is a $50 sibling discount (taken off of the balance of the second sibling registration). Please select cash/check payment. If you would like to pay by credit card, please email nctc1617@gmail.com and we will send you an invoice.
